Privacy Policy

SOPREMA Korea (the "Company") establishes and discloses the following Privacy Policy in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act, in order to protect users' personal information and to handle related grievances promptly and smoothly.

Article 1 (Purposes of Processing)

The Company processes personal information for the following purposes:

• Responding to and handling product inquiries and quote requests
• Providing technical consultation and installation support
• Sending samples and providing catalogs
• Receiving and handling customer complaints

Article 2 (Items of Personal Information Collected)

• Required: name, email address, phone number
• Optional: company name, project name, site location, building use

Article 3 (Processing and Retention Period)

The Company processes and retains personal information within the retention/use period prescribed by law or consented to at the time of collection. Personal information related to inquiries and quote requests is retained for one year from the date of collection and is then destroyed without delay.

Article 4 (Provision to Third Parties)

As a rule, the Company does not provide users' personal information to third parties. It may do so only with the user's consent or where specifically required by law.

Article 5 (Destruction of Personal Information)

When personal information becomes unnecessary — for example, the retention period has elapsed or the purpose has been achieved — the Company destroys it without delay. Information in electronic file form is destroyed using technical methods that prevent the records from being recovered.

Article 6 (Rights and Obligations of Data Subjects)

Data subjects may exercise the following rights vis-à-vis the Company at any time:

• Request to suspend the processing of personal information
• Request to access personal information
• Request to correct errors
• Request for deletion

Article 7 (Privacy Officer)

This Privacy Policy is effective from January 1, 2026. In case of any discrepancy, the Korean-language version prevails.
