Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms govern the conditions and procedures for using the services provided on the website (the "Site") operated by SOPREMA Korea (the "Company"), as well as the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Company and its users.

Article 2 (Scope of Services)

The services provided by the Company are as follows:

• Providing information on soundproofing and acoustic products
• Downloading of technical documents and catalogs
• Receiving product inquiries and quote requests
• Providing project case studies and reference information

Article 3 (Disclaimer)

The Company is exempt from liability for the provision of services where it cannot provide services due to force majeure, such as natural disasters, war or suspension of telecommunications services. Product specifications and technical data posted on the Site are for reference only; always consult an expert before actual application.

Article 4 (Copyright)

The copyright in all content posted on the Site (text, images, technical documents, catalogs, etc.) belongs to the Company or the SOPREMA Group. It may not be reproduced, distributed or transmitted for commercial purposes without the Company's prior written consent.

Article 5 (Dispute Resolution)

Disputes concerning these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's head office shall be the court of exclusive jurisdiction.

These Terms of Use are effective from January 1, 2026. This English text is a convenience translation; in case of any discrepancy, the Korean-language version prevails.
